I’m Ashley Hahn…
…longtime wedding photographer, wife, and enthusiastic non-traditionalist.
When Jeff and I got hitched, we ditched the normcore wedding, too. Instead, we grabbed a few dozen of our nearest and dearest, and spent 5 days in Big Sky, Montana celebrating in a way that was just so “us”: feasting on overstuffed tacos, dancing Irish jigs, and shredding the slopes in our very-much-uninsulated wedding attire. The photos from our I do’s are something I cherish.
It’s what I wish for EVERY couple—a celebration of love that strips away the unnecessary distraction and gives you space to feel deeply connected. A celebration that favors substance, not show. Intimacy, not overwhelm.

We’ll want to get the details juuust right. Look for a packet with forms to complete a few months before your wedding. Travel arrangements, shot list, venue details, etc.—we’ll have it all worked out well before your big day.

You’ll get a private online gallery filled with all the gorgeous images from your wedding. Choose your favorites, download, and enjoy them however you’d like. If you prefer to keep things simple, you can order professional prints and artwork directly from your gallery.

An engagement session up to 2 hours long, to break the ice before the big day (if you’re not local to the greater Fargo area, we can instead do an intimate shoot with just the two of you the day before your wedding, or add those hours to your wedding day coverage)

What are your destination wedding photography pricing and fees?
The base rate, before travel, is $2700. My travel rates are based on departure from Chaffee, ND. Depending on the destination this could include flights, taxi, subway, rental car, food, and accommodations.
So you do photograph weddings with a second shooter?
I certainly can! And I do recommend it, for larger weddings or venues. If you’d like a quote for an additional photographer, just let me know.
How many people will we need to fly out?
Just me, unless you’d like to add a second shooter for additional photography coverage.
Will we need to book your flights?
Nope. My travel agent handles my arrangements—one less thing for you to worry about! I just ask that you share a copy of your itinerary, and any airport suggestions you have.
How far are you willing to travel?
Nationally, internationally, on Richard Branson’s space flights—you name it, I’m up for it.
What about your hotel arrangements. Should we make those?
Another thing you don’t need to stress over. I prefer to make my own reservations through my travel agent, so don’t give it another thought!
How many nights of your accommodations should we budget for?
It depends on where you’ll be getting married. I’m overly cautious about travel delays, and prefer to leave plenty of time in case of travel delays.
As a general rule: Central US = 2 nights, East or West Coast = 3 nights, International = 4-5 nights
Can we meet before our wedding day?
Absolutely! We can hop on a Zoom call, or connect in person if you’re local.
What's your payment schedule?
A 50% non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking, with travel fees billed directly through my travel agent shortly thereafter. Your final balance will be due one month before your wedding.
Will we get the digital files?
Yes! Your package includes 100 high-resolution digital files that will look gorgeous when printed. You can purchase additional images for $100 per photo, or get the ENTIRE gallery for an additional $1,000!
How do I access my images?
You’ll receive all your images via a private online gallery where you can download your photos, share them, and even order your prints.
Do I need to print through you, or can I print elsewhere?
For the highest-quality prints, order directly through your private online gallery. There, you’ll have access to a top-notch print lab available only to professional photographers. You can certainly print elsewhere, but I can’t guarantee color fidelity or print quality.
How quickly will I get my photos after our session?
You’ll have your images within 6 weeks of our shoot—and often much sooner. I love sharing sneak peeks on social media right away, so be on the lookout for that!
Okay, so how do I save my photography date with you?
Once we’ve chatted and see that we’re a great fit, I’ll email you a digital contract and invoice. Once you’ve signed the contract and paid a 50% non-refundable retainer, the date is officially YOURS!
